About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk to join our team. This role involves performing daily cycle counts, updating inventory records, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring stock accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to maintain smooth inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily cycle counts of warehouse inventory.
  • Maintain and update inventory records in management systems.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Assist with full inventory audits and compliance checks.
  • Ensure FIFO and company-specific inventory processes are followed.
  • Monitor and report damaged or obsolete stock.
  • Follow safety protocols and work efficiently in a cold storage environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations (food industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to lift at least 20 lbs and work in a cold storage environment.
  • Flexibility with changing start times and willingness to work weekends if required.
  • Positive attitude, good communication skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
