In this role, you will maintain physical inventory using our internal ERP system, assist the manufacturing team with material handling, and perform kitting for multiple production lines. We are open to hiring either the Inventory Clerk or Inventory Specialist level, depending on your experience the responsibilities, title, and pay will be matched to the level you qualify for.
Location: Torrance, CA 90501 (On-site)
Primary Responsibilities- Pull parts per pick list and build kits for production in accordance with established AS9100 procedures
- Issue finished goods against sales orders
- Record inventory activity and complete required ERP transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts
- Support inventory replenishment activities as required
- Other duties as assigned.
Inventory Specialist level, in addition:- Prepare reports such as inventory balance, kit completeness, and shortages
- Investigate and resolve variances between inventory reports and physical inventory
- Work closely with production and purchasing coordinators/planners to manage material demand and supply flow

| High School Diploma or GED required | High School Diploma or GED required Associate degree in a relevant field preferred |
| Strong attention to detail and focus on inventory accuracy | 3–5 years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing/production environment |
| Basic computer proficiency; willingness to learn ERP transactions | Hands-on ERP experience with material processing and inventory transactions; Costpoint experience a plus |
| Ability to kit material accurately from kit lists, work orders, and related production documentation | Demonstrated ability to investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies between system records and physical inventory |
| Self-starter who works well independently and proactively seeks out next tasks | Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment |
Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word are expected at both levels.
Pay Range $19/hr. – $28/hr., depending on level and experience. (Base rate - DOE)
