    Description

    We are seeking a dependable Inventory Clerk to join our team. This role involves preparing and issuing materials to support daily manufacturing and assembly operations. This position focuses on kitting parts for production, maintaining accurate inventory transactions, organizing stock, and ensuring assemblers have the materials needed to complete work orders efficiently and on schedule.

    This is an onsite, full-time position, located in our Liberty Lake, WA facility.

    Shift is Monday– Friday, Day Shift

    Salary: $20 per hour + great benefits (medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick, 401k match) after waiting period.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Prepare materials for manufacturing jobs and kit assemblies as required.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory or ERP system.
    • Label, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
    • Ensure inventory transactions are entered accurately and promptly.
    • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
    • Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
    • Assist with shipping and receiving activities when needed.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

    • 1 years of inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, or receiving experience preferred.
    • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
    • Experience with inventory management or ERP software preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

    PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

    • Must be able to sit/stand for up to 10 hours, walk, talk, hear, grasp, reach, lift 30lbs., pull/push 100lbs., carry 30lbs.
    • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
    • Will be exposed to static magnetic fields and magnetic components.
