Airtronics is an Aerospace and Aviation company specializing in the repair, overhaul and manufacture of products in support of the commercial as well as Government clients has an immediate opening for an Inventory Clerk / Stockroom Clerk.
Responsibilities
Oversees and/ or participates in all aspects of daily inventory management activities
Responsible for maintaining a Best Practice net inventory and bin level accuracy
Generate product and location history reports, on-hand quantity reports and other reports out of the company system as needed to investigate product issues and discrepancies
Maintain accurate and timely inventory records
Provide efficient and consistent storage of material in a controlled inventory storage area
Pick, kit, package, label and deliver material to appropriate areas
Perform cycle counting on a regular scheduled basis
Prepare for, participate in and provide support for physical inventory and customer audits
Support the planning function via assistance and feedback on manufacturing and distribution orders and communicate priorities of material to support internal customer demand
Ensures adequate inventory of materials and products in accordance with inventory cycles and organizational philosophy
Conduct daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems
Develop and implement inventory control procedures
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Requirements
Minimum of one year inventory and/or 2 years of materials related experience
Ability to lift as much as 50 pounds or more at a time
Ability to climb up and downstairs throughout the day
Demonstrated ability to implement processes and procedures following direction provided
Compensation is DOE.
