Inventory Clerk Associate 

Schedule: Part-time (30–32 hours per week) while temporary, with a strong opportunity to convert to a full-time role after 90 days based on performance.

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented person to join our facility in Walpole, MA. As an Inventory Clerk Associate, you will help keep our warehouse running smoothly through accurate data entry, administrative support, and hands-on inventory work. This is a great fit if you enjoy staying organized, take pride in dependable work, and want to grow your skills. You do not need warehouse experience to start. What matters most is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn our shipping and receiving processes. We will help you build from there.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and general administrative tasks.
  • Use Excel to track, update, and organize inventory records.
  • Learn and support our shipping and receiving processes.
  • Receive, pick, pack, and ship various IT equipment.
  • Prepare outbound shipments and manage all related documentation.
  • Support daily inventory tracking and counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Physical ability to safely lift 50+ lbs.
  • A track record of reliability and punctuality.
  • Ability to closely follow standard safety and operational procedures.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with handling electronics or IT equipment.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
