Inventory Clerk

Keep Inventory Accurate. Keep Production Moving.

Are you someone who notices the details others miss? Do you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and making a direct impact on operations? We're looking for an Inventory Clerk to be the driving force behind inventory accuracy in our manufacturing facility.

In this role, you'll help ensure the right materials are in the right place at the right time. From cycle counting and inventory reconciliation to investigating discrepancies and maintaining lot traceability, you'll play a critical role in supporting production, customer satisfaction, and overall operational success.

What You'll Do

  • Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
  • Process inventory transactions, including returns from production.
  • Verify inventory quantities, locations, and lot numbers.
  • Maintain accurate lot traceability and inventory records.
  • Reconcile physical inventory with ERP records.
  • Process inventory adjustments with proper documentation and approvals.
  • Support production by ensuring inventory transactions are completed accurately and on time.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical inventory documentation.

What You'll Bring

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of inventory control, manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP system.
  • Knowledge of cycle counting, inventory transactions, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
