Job Summary:This role is crucial for maintaining accurate IT hardware inventory. You will be responsible for managing the physical and system-level tracking of all IT assets to ensure optimal availability and control. The position involves hands-on involvement with asset receiving, stocking, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and process incoming IT hardware.
- Maintain precise inventory records within the asset management system.
- Fulfill requests for IT equipment distribution.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to verify stock levels.
- Assist with procurement and e-waste processes.
Must-Have Skills:- Proficiency in ServiceNow for asset management.
- Experience with IT inventory room operations.
- Ability to create purchase requisitions.
This role requires experience in a technology-driven environment, specifically within IT asset management.
