    Description

    Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. The technology and electronics company offers a wide-ranging portfolio that makes mobility safe, exciting, connected, and autonomous. This includes sensor solutions, displays, braking and comfort systems as well as comprehensive expertise in software, architecture platforms, and assistance systems for software-defined vehicles.     Responsible for:

    • Support the manufacturing operation by providing accurate/detailed information to inventory, resolve discrepancies and delivery issues.
    • Participate in warehouse/inventory issues with emphasis on building the most efficient combination team to meet customer requirements.
    • Prepare intercompany raw material shipments as requested per established procedures.
    • Perform part number changes as requested per procedure.
    • Maintain all inventory problem buckets and transaction discrepancies that are transacted incorrectly in SAP
    • Prepare draft work instructions and submit to supervisor and ensure personnel adhere to stabled processes.
    • Maintain documentation to ensure inventory accuracy, customer ratings, error tracking and other departmental goals are met.
    • Assist in special projects and assignments as required
    • Actively participates in cost reduction, continuous improvement, housekeeping, and team activities.
    • Coordinate finished goods physical inventories and ensure all material systematically in WIP but physically in stockroom. Milk-run locators are returned to stock.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to work in a manufacturing shop floor and warehouse environment, including production, storage, and inventory control areas
    • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8+ hour shifts) and transition between desk-based work and warehouse floor activities
    • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 40 lbs unassisted, and heavier items with assistance or material handling equipment
    • Frequently walk and move between warehouse, stockroom, and production areas to verify inventory and resolve discrepancies
    • Ability to reach, bend, and stoop and perform occasional repetitive movements throughout the shift
    • Ability to push and pull carts, trays, and materials as needed to support inventory checks and material movement
    • Frequently handle inventory materials and components, including occasional lifting or movement of items as required in accordance with safe handling practices
    • Ability to perform frequent and coordinated two‑handed tasks involving continuous finger, hand, wrist, and arm movements, requiring fine motor control, steady grip, and precise alignment to operate computers, hand-held devices, and inventory systems (e.g., SAP, data entry)
    • Ability to perform computer-based tasks, including use of computer systems, software applications, and the ability to read and interpret information displayed on a computer screen and hand-held devices
    • Ability to maintain balance and stability while handling and transporting materials
    • Ability to perform fine motor tasks for documentation, scanning, and handling inventory-related materials
    • Ability to maintain visual awareness and attention to detail to verify counts, identify discrepancies, and review inventory data
    • Ability to maintain visual awareness and focus to handle materials, scan items, and perform accurate data entry
    • Ability to perform extended computer-based tasks, including transaction verification, data analysis, and reporting
    • Ability to work in an environment with continuous background noise and intermittent sounds from production equipment and warehouse operations
    • Frequently operate material handling or mobile equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely as required
    • Must wear company-provided PPE, including ensuring ESD safety-toed shoes maintain continuous grounding, and wearing an ESD smock and other required protective equipment as necessary

    Schedule:

    Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Familiar with Warehouse Operations and Cycle Counting
    • Maintains a safe work environment.
    • Adheres to quality standards.
    • Effectively communicates with team members & leadership.
    • Experience using mobile equipment to move materials
    • 1 year experience working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
    • Problem solving skills
    • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
    • Relocation will not be provided.

    • Basic user of computer to include Microsoft Programs, SAP and Warehouse Management Systems
