This remote, flexible schedule Customer Logistics Analyst (Temps) role supports the Customer Logistics Team in managing order revisions, direct import updates, and resolving EDI IDOC failures.
Requirements include 2+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain planning, or logistics within the beverage alcohol or fast-paced CPG industry. A degree (associate's or bachelor's) is preferred, along with experience in order management systems (SAP preferred) and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently, multi-task, and pay close attention to detail.
