A Day in the Life
Step into our Canton, OH warehouse and start your day reviewing digital pick lists. You’ll navigate the aisles, select the right items, and pack them with care so every customer receives exactly what they ordered. Between waves, you’ll keep our counts precise by running cycle checks and simple audits, updating the warehouse management system as you go. When trucks arrive, you’ll assist with receiving—verifying quantities, inspecting product quality, and slotting merchandise so the next pick is faster than the last. Throughout the shift, you’ll sync with teammates to hit deadlines, keep the floor tidy, and follow safety protocols that protect everyone.
What You’ll Do
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Organize and label products for quick, easy access across the warehouse.
- Support receiving by checking incoming shipments for quality and quantity.
- Use warehouse management software to track inventory levels and order status.
- Work closely with teammates to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow safety procedures and sustain a clean, orderly work area.
What Helps You Thrive
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in warehousing or inventory control is a plus.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with inventory systems/WMS.
