    Job Description

Are You the Detail-Driven Pro Who Keeps Production Moving?

If matching the right part to the right order—and getting it there on time—sounds like your kind of challenge, you’ll feel at home at Potter Global Technologies. In this role, you’ll make sure materials are received, organized, and delivered accurately so innovative products can ship with confidence.

    Imagine This

A rush order hits your queue. You review the work order, pull the exact components from their assigned locations, and spot-check for defects. You pack each item according to specific requirements so it arrives safely. Then you generate labels, verify addresses, finish the paperwork, and coordinate carrier pickup—all while updating the inventory system and flagging a potential shortage before it slows the team. That’s a win.

    In This Role, You Will

    • Pull products from designated warehouse storage to fulfill production and shipping needs.
    • Use work orders or verbal instructions to identify required parts, containers, and quantities.
    • Confirm items against order specs and validate counts for accuracy.
    • Pack materials into proper containers per defined packing guidelines.
    • Secure goods to prevent transit damage.
    • Prepare shipping labels, check addresses, and complete all shipment documentation.
    • Work with carriers to ensure timely dispatch.
    • Conduct visual inspections during pick and pack to catch defects or discrepancies.
    • Update inventory levels in the system; report shortages or overages promptly.
    • Partner with teammates to meet daily shipping goals.

    You Excel When You

    • Handle repetitive movements with lightweight parts (up to 10 pounds per part).
    • Manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
    • Collaborate respectfully and communicate clearly.
    • Read and follow written instructions within an operation manual.
