Job Title: Inventory Control Associate
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

You'll work closely with the supply chain team to uphold inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and manage inventory data—making a tangible impact every day.

What You'll Do
As an Inventory Control Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Assisting with full physical inventory counts and investigating discrepancies.
  • Reviewing warehouse transactions to maintain transaction integrity.
  • Identifying patterns and root causes of inventory issues to suggest improvements.
  • Collaborating with shipping, receiving, and warehouse teams to streamline processes.
  • Maintaining detailed records of inventory adjustments and corrections.
  • Creating reports and summaries of inventory data for management.
  • Identifying aging or obsolete inventory and reporting it for proper handling.
  • Conducting random audits to confirm process integrity.
  • Supporting inventory procedures, documentation, and compliance activities.
  • Assisting with year-end inventory activities and other warehouse duties as needed.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • An associate degree or 3+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory processes within manufacturing or warehouse environments.
  • Experience with ERP or WMS systems, preferably Epicor.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues.
  • Understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Strong analytical, math, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and team collaboration mindset.

Location & Schedule
This on-site role in Concord, NC, offers a standard first shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
