Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Computer proficiency and ability to work within inventory management systems
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to research and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Previous inventory control, warehouse, WMS, or Microsoft Office experience preferred

Job Duties:

• Maintain accurate inventory records, logs, and data for customer accounts
• Research, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies on a daily basis
• Assist customers with inventory-related questions, issues, and solutions
• Process customer return orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate special inventory projects between customers and internal teams
• Utilize order management and inventory systems to track inventory activity
• Communicate professionally with customers through verbal and written correspondence
• Work collaboratively with warehouse associates and other departments to ensure inventory accuracy
• Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and record maintenance activities
• Perform additional inventory and warehouse-related duties as assigned by management
