Custom Filters Direct is hiring an Inventory Control Associate to support finished goods inventory, ensure shipping accuracy, and keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1st Shift). Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly Pay
- Pay based on experience ranging from $16.00-$19.00/hour.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Paid Time Off (PTO) offered after 90 days

Position Overview
In this role, you will:
- Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods
- Ensure all outgoing shipments are correct and on time
- Support shipping operations and inventory tracking
This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of finished goods
- Stage, verify, and prepare orders for shipment
- Ensure all outgoing shipments are accurate and meet deadlines
- Track and update inventory records with a high level of accuracy
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain organization and efficiency within the shipping area
- Collaborate with production to ensure product availability and accuracy
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Inventory Control experience required*
- Proven ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, and handling materials
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
