Inventory Control Associate

Crestfield Talent is seeking a detail-focused Inventory Control Associate to support stock accuracy and daily warehouse operations in Phoenix. This role involves tracking inventory, checking product quantities, updating records, and helping maintain organized storage areas.

Responsibilities

• Count and verify inventory across warehouse locations

• Update stock records and report quantity differences

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks

• Organize products in assigned storage areas

• Review incoming and outgoing inventory documentation

• Help identify misplaced, damaged, or missing items

• Support receiving and fulfillment teams when needed

• Maintain clean and organized inventory areas

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working with numbers and inventory records

• Basic computer and data-entry skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and good organizational skills

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience is helpful but not required
