Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Additional training in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field preferred

Experience Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, materials management, procurement, or a related field
• Previous experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience working with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAGE ERP
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Job Duties

• Manage inventory levels to support production and customer demand while preventing excess stock
• Enter and maintain purchase orders for materials and supplies
• Review invoices and accounting documentation for accuracy
• Monitor inventory transactions and maintain accurate records within SAGE ERP
• Conduct daily cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities
• Assist with raw material planning and inventory forecasting
• Generate inventory, purchasing, and progress reports
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Train and support employees on inventory control procedures and best practices
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure material availability
• Analyze inventory data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy

• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Frequent computer use, data entry, and prolonged periods of sitting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

As a Inventory Control Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
