This role requires an individual who is detail‑oriented and efficient, with a strong background in warehouse operations and inventory management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and organization of the company's inventory.Key ResponsibilitiesPick and pack materials accurately according to order specificationsPrepare and stage materials for outbound shipmentPerform quality assurance checks on materials to ensure accuracy and conditionProcess inventory transactions in SAP, including receiving and issuing materialsConduct cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records within SAPProvide backup support to other inventory control team members as neededMaintain warehouse organization, including storage areas and aislesRead and respond to emails in a timely and professional mannerLoad and unload trucks safely and efficientlyPerform general warehouse duties and assist with additional tasks as assignedQualificationsMinimum of 1 year of warehouse experience requiredExperience in inventory control (preferred)Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systemsBasic computer proficiencyStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience with picking, packing, and order fulfillment processesAbility to work in a fast‑paced, physically active environmentRequired Work HoursMonday to Friday, 1st shiftThe Inventory Control Associate role is a full‑time, on‑site position in California, providing an excellent opportunity for career growth within a reputable organization.
