Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate (2nd Shift) to join our warehouse team in West Chester, OH. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records
- Restock inventory as needed to ensure optimal levels
- Use warehouse management software to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Verify, inspect, and document all inventory items accurately
- Support and follow all safety guidelines and best practices
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Willingness to work overtime during weekdays and occasional weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or inventory control experience
Work Requirements
- Steel-toed or safety shoes required
