The hours are M-TH 4PM – 2AM.

Job Description:

  • The QA Auditor is responsible for performing audits in the distribution center to ensure compliance to shipping and receiving procedures and overall Quality Management System.
  • The QA Auditor will also support investigations and management of quarantine and non-conforming product (Hold, Expired, Damages, Return, Rework, and Recall) in accordance to procedures.

Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)

  • Check specified orders as directed to ensure all requirements are met, including quantity, batch number, material number, special instructions, etc.
  • Communicate with inventory control, order pickers, leads and supervisors regarding improvements, discrepancies, and concerns.
  • Ensure all random inspection records are prepared in a timely manner and forwarded to QA.
  • Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other positions to assist in times of urgency, breaks, absences, or vacation.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED, required.
  • Experience in Supply Chain and/or Distribution Center Operations, preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with Medical Device regulations, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR 820, preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
  • General distribution knowledge.
  • Highly proficient in the use of a PC, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and process efficiency skills
  • Initiative and drive for results
