Gather and analyze data concerning the reconciliation of physical inventory, cycle counts, and shipping errors. Conduct physical inventories. Conduct daily cycle counts. Investigate customer claims of overages/shortages. Review stock availability. Prioritize projects based on dates needed by. Update status reports. Manage schedules. Monitor emails/communicate with customers. Print labels. Work closely with Customer Service. Run weekly/monthly hold damage reports and reconcile. Coordinate and control all hold product notifications, recalls, and mock recalls with Customer Service Manager.
