 Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
 Job SummaryPenmac Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist/Inventory Control Clerk to join a production facility team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately counting, tracking, and moving inventory throughout the plant while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production operations.
 Key Responsibilities

• Accurately count and verify inventory throughout the production facility.
• Move inventory as requested to support production and warehouse operations.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with inventory counts in both indoor production areas and outdoor shipping yard locations.
• Safely operate a forklift to transport materials and products.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies and assist in resolving inventory issues.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

 Requirements

• Previous inventory control, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Ability to work outdoors when conducting inventory counts in the shipping yard.

 Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
