PAY RATE: $35.96/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

• Job Type: Contract (5 months with potential for extension)

• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Compiles records of quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued.

• Requisitions needed supplies and verifies material received to detect irregularities in order.

• Inspects articles and rejects defective ones based on quality standards.

• Prepares inventory records and reports and investigates discrepancies in stock counts.

• Tracks expenditures of equipment repairs, services, and parts ordered.

• Logs all parts according to equipment or asset that is part of or any critical component on the manufacturing floor.

• Maintains inventory data and updates records to reflect material movements.

• Processes receipts and issues materials to support production requirements.

• Identifies and resolves inventory discrepancies through cycle counts and reconciliations.

• Uses inventory management systems and data entry tools for accurate record keeping.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• 2-4 years of experience in Inventory Control.

• 2-4 years of experience in Inventory Management.

• Experience compiling inventory records and reports.

• Experience requisitioning supplies and verifying material received.

• Experience inspecting articles and rejecting defective ones.

• Experience investigating discrepancies in stock counts and performing reconciliations.

• Experience tracking expenditures of equipment repairs, services, and parts ordered.

• Experience logging parts according to equipment or asset for traceability.

• Experience with data entry and inventory tracking systems.
