Inventory Control Clerk and Kit Build-Up

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize an inventory control system: Emphasis on flight part control, retail part control, and general part control.
• Responsible for using supplied BOM to prepare kit-ups for builds.
• Responsible for ensuring instrumentation is within calibration if required by flight systems builds.Responsible for maintaining various lab standards.
• Responsible for organizing general lab instrumentation and keeping in a secure but available area.
• Set up inventory in one place within the lab.
• Develop simple check out and return procedures.
• General pick up and maintenance of benches including electrostatic covers, grounding, and soldering stations.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma
• Experience: Previous experience in inventory control (prefer 5 years or more)
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including data entry, formulas, and basic reporting).
• Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

• Temperature controlled buildings
• May require standing, lifting, turning and twisting.

Placement: Contract 3-12 months, potential to hire

Scheduled: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Pay: $22 to $25; depending on experience
