Inventory Control Clerk
Twin City Staffing is seeking an inventory control clerk to support operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by conducting precise cycle counts, resolving inventory discrepancies, and managing stock tracking systems.
Location: Minneapolis, MN Wage: $18.00 – $20.50/hr., depending on experience Hours: Monday – Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Friday: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM – Start your weekend early!! Benefits of the inventory control clerk:

Duties of the inventory control clerk:
- Conduct routine and full-warehouse physical inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure total data accuracy
- Analyze and troubleshoot inventory variances to identify root causes and implement necessary system adjustments
- Maintain accurate records for parts, raw materials, and finished goods using ERP/WMS systems like IFS or Syspro
- Forecast material needs, maintain active lists of obsolete inventory, and deliver components to the production floor on time
Requirements of the inventory control clerk:
- High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related material handling or inventory control experience
- Strong understanding of warehousing, inventory practices, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution
- Familiarity with electronic components, PCB/SMT production, or component labeling and barcoding
- Experience operating forklifts safely within a fast-paced warehouse environment
