Inventory Control Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to support warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper stock levels. This role plays a key part in tracking inventory movement, conducting cycle counts, and improving overall inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records within the system
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock
• Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing inventory

Data Entry & Reporting

• Enter and update inventory data accurately
• Generate and review inventory reports
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with warehouse and purchasing teams

Process Improvement & Coordination

• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory procedures

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of inventory control, warehouse, or related experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree or relevant certification
• Experience with inventory management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics principles

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $15.50 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
