Inventory Control Clerk

Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, is seeking a Inventory Control Clerk - A to join their team. As an Inventory Control Clerk - A, you will be part of the Distribution Operations supporting inventory management and order processing. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk - A

Location: North Chicago, IL

Pay Range:$ 20.47

Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Audit inventory on Manhattan/SAP/ADMS systems to ensure accuracy and balance
• Investigate inventory discrepancies during daily order processing
• Process rejected, expired, and short-dated products, supporting quality and manufacturing teams
• Resolve orders on hold related to inventory status and cancel orders as needed
• Monitor system error logs and report key indicators for distribution operations

What's Needed?

• Ability to learn and follow detailed instructions with good organizational skills
• Patience, tact, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience working with complex computer applications such as Lotus Notes, Excel, and MS Office
• Ability to work in cold storage/freezer environments at -20°C or colder
• Willingness to work overtime as necessary
