Key Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and ERP system data
- Execute inventory transactions within one business day
- Identify, track, and locate inventory, including small electronic components
- Support Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Procurement with accurate inventory data
- Investigate and resolve inventory issues quickly and proactively
- Ensure system integrity and data accuracy at all times

Qualifications
- Experience in inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred
- Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems (Infor CSI a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both physically on the warehouse floor and within systems
- Comfortable handling small electronic components
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems, data entry)
Success Milestones
- 30 Days: Learn inventory processes, part identification, and system workflows. Build working relationships with in Warehouse team, as well as Production, Quality, and Procurement .
- 60 Days: Independently complete cycle counts and transactions with high accuracy. Reliably identify and locate inventory, including small electronic components.
- 90 Days: Execute all inventory transactions within one business day while maintaining accurate system data. Communicate clearly across teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Internal / Team Outcome - Maintain accurate, reliable inventory data that teams across Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Procurement can trust to plan and operate effectively.
- Customer / Business Impact - Provide clear, dependable inventory visibility so Customer Success can confidently schedule builds and meet customer commitments.
