They liaise with purchasing and other departments, ensure material availability, and provide reports on operations to management for process improvement.Job ResponsibilitiesMonitor and record inventory levels to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies or errors and make corrections.Ensure sufficient stock to meet operational needs and customer demand while minimizing overstocking and waste.Communicate with purchasing, production, and other internal departments to coordinate material flow and manage schedules.Prepare regular reports on inventory status, transactions, and operational results for management, often making recommendations for improvement.Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to maintain inventory.Job QualificationsHigh School Diploma3-5 years' work experience in warehousing within manufacturing industry.Hands on experience with ERP systemsMust always have the ability to wear all required PPE.Must be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for 10 hours a day.Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, anticipate work to be done, work with minimum supervision and have strong follow-up skills.Must have proven ability to work as a member of a team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
