Responsibilities


As our next Retail Merchandising Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales within an assigned Grand Rapids, MI) territory. It is within that responsibility that you will be asked to:


+ Evaluate and manage product inventory, display, and presentation

+ Optimize the inventory mix at retail locations through planogram, instant ticket ordering and returns.

+ Ensure customers’ Standards of Excellence are met at all points of retail distribution.

+ Educate retailers and players to maximize sales.

+ Reviews statistics with retailers consistently.

+ Follow all lottery procedures such as picking up, dropping off, transferring, closing, and returning tickets to our warehouse.

+ Complete required paperwork and assist with other projects as they are assigned.

We want our newest team member to have a strong grasp of Microsoft Word, Excel, and experience with PowerPoint for work on company-provided tablets or computers. You will also need to have a valid driver's license, be able to lift up-to 50 pounds, and must reside in the region.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $33,678 –$48,111. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.


Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
