We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to support daily operations within our Inventory Department. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, analyzing variances, supporting audits, and working closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth product flow throughout the facility.

Pay: $18 - $21 per hour

Hours: 1st shift - 10am to 630pm Monday - Friday
OT as needed and occasional Saturdays
OT is mandatory

Responsibilities
  • Perform inventory management tasks including cycle counts, variance analysis, reconciliations, and physical inventories.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records and write clear explanatory narratives when needed.
  • Verify inventory availability prior to order download.
  • Identify gaps in inventory processes and partner with leadership to implement improvements.
  • Spot process errors and provide constructive coaching to team members.
  • Research transactions to confirm out-of-stocks and black-holed inventory.
  • Collaborate with associates, team leads, supervisors, and managers to collect data and conduct investigations.
  • Maintain efficient product flow throughout the facility using available reporting tools.
  • Participate in department meetings and assist with training new team members.
  • Support additional assignments as needed.

Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Three (3) years of experience in inventory management, distribution, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in computer systems such as MS Office, Outlook; experience with PkMS and JDE is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to propose solutions to complex issues.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently with effective time-management skills.
  • Forklift, cherry picker, and Drexel certifications preferred (certification required).
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.
