Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records & optimize inventory levels

  • Support operational efficiency and compliance

  • Primary point of contact for Supply Chain Specialist support

  • Administer and maintain cycle count data, report results, support audit process

  • Main point of contact for Supply Chain Specialist (SCS) support & communication

  • Oversees return process for warehouse team

  • Complete goods receipt for merchandise & subcontract items; make sure labels are printed

  • Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and implement preventative measures; manage PROD inventory with operations support

  • Manage shipping log & documents for all warehouses

  • Coordinates sample request intake and delegates associated workload

  • Report team KPIs

  • Support logistics coordination for incoming and outgoing freight

  • Any additional duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience

  • Understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred)

  • Proficient in office management software (Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Forklift experience recommended

  • Positive and professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, strong sense of urgency

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Cross-functional communication and coordination

  • Inventory accuracy and data management
