Cycle Counter
$18-$19/hour + Sign-On Bonus
Do you have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in keeping things accurate? We're looking for a dependable Cycle Counter to help maintain inventory accuracy in our growing stainless-steel manufacturing operation serving the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
In this role, you'll be a key part of our operations team, ensuring materials and products are accounted for, traceable, and available when needed. Your work directly supports production efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Perform daily and scheduled cycle counts of raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Record inventory transactions accurately within our ERP/MRP system
- Partner with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Shipping teams to maintain inventory accuracy
- Verify material identification, labeling, and traceability requirements
- Support compliance with GMP, FDA, and other industry quality standards
- Assist with physical inventories and internal/external audits
- Review inventory movements including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments
- Identify root causes of inventory issues and help implement corrective actions
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe inventory areas following 5S and safety standards
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- 2+ years of inventory control, cycle counting, or materials management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic math and data analysis skills
- Ability to read work orders, bills of material, and material certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO, or ASME standards
- Familiarity with stainless steel products, lot control, or traceability requirements
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Lean manufacturing and 5S experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements
This position may require lifting, reaching, bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, crouching, carrying materials, climbing stairs, and regular attendance at the work location.
Pay: $18-$19 per hour
Bonus: Sign-On Bonus Available
Schedule: Full-Time
