Job Description

Receive and process returned merchandise; inspect returned goods for accuracy and

condition; record inventory adjustments in warehouse management system (WMS); perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts; reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records; maintain accurate inventory documentation; coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding inventory movements and returns; prepare routine inventory reports using Excel; follow established inventory control and returns procedures.

Other special skills or requirements:

Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS); EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation; experience processing inventory returns and adjustments; intermediate/professional proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Language Skills: Ability to communicate in Spanish and English proficiently - required due to operational business necessity to interact with warehouse personnel.
