Bar Code Scanners, Forklift, Inventory Management, Mobile Devices, Pallet Jack, Shipping/Receiving, Warehousing
Performs the inventory control I functions as outlined below to cover the internal customer
request and requirements. This position will include inventory and shipment of product
goods.
Responsibilities & Duties
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Operates forklift, pallet jacks and other associated warehouse equipment.
- Conveys materials and items from production, warehouse, staging, or shipping areas as
directed.
- Marks materials with identifying information and labels for all products.
- Uses handheld bar code scanner.
- Opens cartons, bales, crates, and other containers and ensure shipments are
undamaged. Notes any discrepancies.
- Performs area housekeeping duties including trash dumping, sweeping, and organizing
work areas.
- Abides by all safety rules and regulations.
- Ability to memorize all 25 Systems Applications & Products (SAP) T-code transactions
related to inventory control Level I.
- Ability to work alternate shifts, as assigned, to meet business needs.
- Complete all mezzanine tasks and perform other related duties as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
