Job Purpose
The Inventory Control Lead is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers concerned with inventorying materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts in stockroom, warehouse, or yard.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training in Inventory Control. Minimum 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training in warehouse environment. Experience operating a forklift and cherry picker, high lift. Experience using WMS software Synapse preferred. Working knowledge of Inventory Control practices, KPI reporting, Coordinating Cycle Count programs, Product rotation. PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access Database.
Education and/or Experience Required
High School Diploma or GED General Education Diploma equivalency. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
