You support our team as Inventory Control Manager arrow_drop_down Responsibilitiesarrow_right Manage inventory valued at $10M-$20M, ensuring accuracy and system integrity. Lead inventory control operations and monitor key performance metrics. Supervise, train, and develop inventory control team members. Analyze inventory trends, discrepancies, and aging stock to optimize inventory levels. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations. Oversee inventory processes, including production, returns, and tracking systems. Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and inventory control standards. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve inventory performance. Qualificationsarrow_right 3+ years of manufacturing industry experience OR experience in a similar role. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory control, forecasting, and warehouse operations. Experience with ERP/inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement mindset.
