Our client in SE Kansas is experiencing rapid growth, supplying essential engineered-to-order products to billion-dollar infrastructure projects and next-generation facilities. This role offers the chance to lead inventory initiatives, optimize operations, and drive process improvements in a high-impact environment that's expanding fast.
- Anticipate $65K-$80K annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Lead inventory accuracy initiatives, including cycle counts and variance resolution.
- Manage excess/obsolete inventory disposition to optimize cash flow.
- Supervise a small team, providing training and performance oversight.
- Maintain ERP system data integrity and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and drive process improvements.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required; degree preferred.
- 4+ years in inventory control or warehouse operations.
- ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
- Supervisory background.
- Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills.
