Inventory Control Specialist
About the Job
The Inventory Control Specialist provides critical support to the Inventory Control team by managing inventory reporting, data analysis, KPI tracking, and process improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting operational performance, and driving continuous improvements within warehouse and fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Analyze inventory data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Support the maintenance, accuracy, and clean-up of inventory records within company systems.
Support short-term inventory projects designed to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Support annual physical inventory audits and other inventory-related initiatives.
Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures related to inventory processes.

What We're Looking For
Strong experience in warehouse operations and inventory control environments.
Proven ability to analyze inventory data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets and reporting tools.
Detail-oriented with a focus on inventory accuracy and process compliance.
Experience supporting KPI tracking, operational metrics, and inventory reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Experience supporting inventory audits, physical inventories, and cycle count programs.
Knowledge of inventory management best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
