SHIFT/SCHEDULE:

This role operates on the 1st shift, with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE: To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4-5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As an Inventory Control Operator II, you'll help manage inventory accuracy and product flow across the warehouse. You will coordinate transfers, investigate discrepancies, and support packaging operations by preparing materials. You'll also contribute to process improvements and help maintain inventory systems. Your attention to detail and collaboration will help us deliver the products people love - reliably and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are available for picking

Coordinate transfers and sample/stability product requests

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

Prepare pull-down requests and support packaging operations

Log cube and weight for new items in the inventory system

Collaborate with team members to distribute work and maintain workflow

Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies

Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED preferred

2-5 years of inventory control or related experience

Able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally (with assistance)

Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

Flexible to work overtime based on business needs

SKILLS:

Comfortable using computers, tablets, and inventory systems

Proficiency in AS400, Excel, Word, and Lotus Notes

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Able to read, write, and understand English

Team-oriented and proactive
