Grip Ship IC/QA Supervisor
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build a career with our Operations team as a Grip Ship Quality Assurance/Inventory Control Supervisor. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and producers.

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 8:00 AM until finished.

Responsibilities:
- Building Security.
- Create purchase orders.
- Coordination of Quality Assurance activities within Grip Ship.
- Oversee Grip Ship inventory management and process improvements.
- Champion Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) procedures.
- Coordination of Grip Ship inventory management including cycle counting.
- Quality assurance of inbound and outbound Grip Ship inventory management and process improvements.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Previous experience with HVAC and OSHA.
- SQF certification is a plus.
- RETA certification is a plus.
- Ability to have basic computer skills.
- Ability to climb ladders and work in confined areas.
- Ability to make timely decisions based on sound judgement.
- Ability to have organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to have strong leadership skills with ability to foster positive team atmosphere.
- Ability to work in all types of temperatures inside and outside from ambient to -20 degrees.
- Ability to operate scissor lift, electric forklifts, pallet jacks, platform trucks, and scrubbers.
- Ability to have attention to detail, self-motivated, and the ability to communicate and coordinate with other employees.
- Working knowledge of DC powered forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Working knowledge of Quality Assurance and Inventory Control.
