Role Summary: Reporting to the Production Manager, the Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of Inventory Control to ensure financial accuracy and customer satisfaction.

What you'll need:
Work Experience: 2 years' experience in inventory control
Education: Associates degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Analytics/Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; strong analytical skills; strong problem solving skills
Organization Skills: Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking skills; ability to work with minimal supervision
Cross-functional skills: Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills; strong customer focus

Ability to see/sit/stand/walk/talk and hear

Physical Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to temperature conditions and noise levels prevalent in an office environment. Work conditions at customer sites, which may be actively under construction, vary from indoor to outdoor industrial & electric utility facilities that may have high voltage equipment.
Travel: Travel to offsite locations to conduct/supervise inventory counts
Driver's license: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
