Inventory & Receiving Specialist

Pay Rate: $17.50 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Location: Warehouse

Job Overview

We are looking for an Inventory & Receiving Specialist to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving shipments from vendors, verifying incoming counts, updating inventory records in our system, and coordinating directly with the Purchasing Department.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Unload, count, and verify all incoming vendor shipments against purchase orders.

• Input receiving data and inventory numbers into the computer system.

• Report shipment discrepancies or damaged goods directly to the Purchasing Department.

• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse receiving and inventory control.

• Basic computer skills for accurate data entry.

• Solid basic math skills and high attention to detail.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
