Location: Kennesaw, GA
Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Inventory Control Specialist Description

Employ Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist for a growing warehouse in Kennesaw, GA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys working with inventory, solving discrepancies, and keeping warehouse operations running efficiently. If you're highly organized, comfortable with computers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.


Duties and Requirements:

  • Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.

  • Support warehouse organization and maintain accurate inventory locations.

  • Process inventory and warehouse transactions using an ERP system.

  • Utilize computer systems to track inventory movement and maintain accurate records.

  • Assist with general warehouse operations as needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve warehouse efficiency.

  • Previous warehouse, inventory control, or cycle counting experience is preferred.

  • Strong counting, math, and analytical skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Comfortable using computers and able to quickly learn ERP or warehouse management systems.

  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and a desire for long-term employment.

  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform warehouse duties throughout the workday.
