Employ Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist for a growing warehouse in Kennesaw, GA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys working with inventory, solving discrepancies, and keeping warehouse operations running efficiently. Duties and Requirements:
Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
Support warehouse organization and maintain accurate inventory locations.
Process inventory and warehouse transactions using an ERP system.
Utilize computer systems to track inventory movement and maintain accurate records.
Assist with general warehouse operations as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to improve warehouse efficiency.
Previous warehouse, inventory control, or cycle counting experience is preferred.
Strong counting, math, and analytical skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Comfortable using computers and able to quickly learn ERP or warehouse management systems.
Dependable with a strong work ethic and a desire for long-term employment.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform warehouse duties throughout the workday.
