Inventory Control Specialist

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 4 years of experience in inventory control or supply chain.
• Proficiency in SAP for order execution and supply versus demand analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills including the use of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions.
• Demonstrated ability to execute tasks accurately and quickly within tight lead-times.
• Experience in administrative data management and maintaining records within an ERP system.
• Competency in managing intercompany transfer activities for non-BOM materials.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with requestors and planning teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support spare parts usage for Non-BOM intercompany transfers across HVM, Pilot, and Rapid Prototype Materials teams.
• Collaborate with requestors and planning teams to manage and execute inventory transfer requests within required lead-times.
• Oversee administrative tasks to route the flow of materials between departments to meet scheduled commitments.
• Provide clerical support for spare parts activities including maintaining files, application access, and data records.
• Maintain documentation pertaining to the usage of internal spare materials and perform other duties as assigned by management.
