Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelors degree with 2 to 4 years of experience in inventory control or supply chain.
- Proficiency in SAP for order execution and supply versus demand analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills including the use of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks accurately and quickly within tight lead-times.
- Experience in administrative data management and maintaining records within an ERP system.
- Competency in managing intercompany transfer activities for non-BOM materials.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with requestors and planning teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support spare parts usage for Non-BOM intercompany transfers across HVM, Pilot, and Rapid Prototype Materials teams.
- Collaborate with requestors and planning teams to manage and execute inventory transfer requests within required lead-times.
- Oversee administrative tasks to route the flow of materials between departments to meet scheduled commitments.
- Provide clerical support for spare parts activities including maintaining files, application access, and data records.
- Maintain documentation pertaining to the usage of internal spare materials and perform other duties as assigned by management.
