We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to work on-site at a construction project. This position will be responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing construction materials and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records.
PPE Required.
Must pass a background and drug screen.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies
Maintain accurate inventory counts and records
Track materials coming in and going out of the job site
Use Procore to enter and maintain inventory/material information
Operate a pallet jack to safely move materials
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
Keep the inventory/storage areas organized and safe
Communicate material needs, shortages, or discrepancies to the appropriate team members
Follow all site safety procedures and requirements
Perform general computer and administrative duties related to inventory control

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Previous inventory, warehouse, construction, or material control experience preferred
Procore experience preferred
Strong computer and data-entry skills
Experience operating a pallet jack preferred
Ability to lift, move, and organize materials as required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment
