Class Definition
Within the Superior Court, to be responsible for the planning, oversight and maintenance of a comprehensive inventory control program for the storage of criminal and civil case materials; to keep a computerized inventory of all such case materials in accordance with the Judiciary's Records Retention Schedule; serve as the liaison to the Judicial Records Center for all Superior Court files and archived records. Works under the general supervision of a superior with considerable latitude for the exercise of independent judgment and initiative; will also assist with general day to day operational issues to include the physical relocation of personnel in all county locations, delivery and moving of office/courtroom furniture and equipment and all other related duties as may be assigned by the Court Administrator or his/her designee.
Required Experience:
Graduation from an accredited high school supplemented by college course work; associate degree and/or bachelor's degree preferred; knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office programs and the ability to perform with minimal supervision; or any combination of education and experience that shall be substantially equivalent to the above education and experience.
Supplemental Information:
The successful candidate must be physically able to perform essential duties including the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
