Van-Am Defense Systems is seeking a highly organized and driven Inventory Control / Scheduler to support our fast-paced manufacturing operation in Waverly, IA. This role is central to our manufacturing success, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and disciplined scheduling to meet customer expectations in an aerospace and defense manufacturing environment. In this role, you will take ownership of inventory processes and scheduling execution across the entire manufacturing lifecycle. You will manage inventory from receiving through finished goods, maintain accurate inventory records, and drive scheduling decisions that align material availability with production demand. Your ability to coordinate inventory movement and maintain disciplined scheduling will directly support on-time delivery and overall manufacturing efficiency. Success requires a strong understanding of inventory control, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and the ability to manage multiple scheduling priorities within a structured manufacturing environment.
