Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist Location: Tulsa, OK Department: WarehouseReports To: Jeffrey MishlerJob Type: Full-TimeSummary:As an Inventory Control Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations by monitoring line sight inventory stock levels in production. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels to support production schedules while minimizing inventory inconsistencies and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders. Proficiency in using a tablet to make point of use transactions through the ERP system "Sage," along with experience in working with barcode inventory systems, multi-bin inventory systems, and line sight warehouse operations, is essential for this role.Responsibilities:Monitor line sight inventory stock levels in production and replenish materials as needed to maintain uninterrupted workflow.Utilize a multi-bin inventory system to organize and manage materials efficiently.Conduct regular inventory audits across multiple bins to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.Utilize tablet devices to make point of use transactions through the ERP system "Sage" for material consumption and replenishment.Collaborate with production teams to understand material requirements and adjust inventory levels across multiple bins accordingly.Implement and maintain inventory control procedures specific to a multi-bin system to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in multi-bin inventory management.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.Proven experience in inventory management, specifically in a manufacturing or production environment, with a focus on barcode inventory systems, multi-bin inventory systems, and line sight warehouse operations.Demonstrated proficiency in using tablet devices and ERP systems, with specific experience in "Sage" preferred.Experience working with multi-bin inventory systems to organize and manage materials efficiently.Strong understanding of barcode inventory systems and their application in tracking and managing inventory.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping, particularly in a fast-paced production environment.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, while also adapting to changing priorities and work schedules.Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure, particularly in resolving discrepancies and ensuring inventory accuracy.Commitment to safety and compliance with company policies and procedures in warehouse operations. Must submit to pre-employment background, drug, and alcohol screening.
