Responsibilities & Qualifications:
This is a position requiring the employee to establish, maintain and build strong customer relationships through responsive and creative service strategies.
This position works Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and the starting rate is $19.50 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Knowledge: Practical insight specific to the textile services industry and operations
- Communication: Excellent oral, written, phone and face to face
- Decision Making: Identify problem/root causes and develops alternative courses of action and makes decisions that are based on logic assumptions which reflect factual information
- Professionally respect and embrace our company’s Goals and Values
- Manage customer inventory (audits, scrub counts, linen reconciliations)
- Provide support to facilitate improvement with working relationships and inter-departmental cooperation
- Conduct daily clean return audits as needed
- Ensure 100% completion of quarterly customer contacts and audits
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory at customer locations.
- Conduct customer Goodwill visits
- Manage daily communication of customer interactions to DSM/GM
- Account improvement with new products and services
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in material and inventory management
- Minimum of 1-year experience with customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred
- Some delivery or route experience preferred
- Must be computer literate
- Must have a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and push and pull carts of linen
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to analyze sales opportunities and assess customer needs
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow up, creativity, problem solving, conflict management, and organizational skills
- Able to interpret reports and performance tracking mechanisms
- High energy with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain a pleasant and positive attitude under unpleasant and diverse situation
