Built on a legacy of reliability, performance, and impact, we are seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor with a proven track record in mechanical and assembly-based equipment manufacturing, ready to own inventory integrity and drive operational excellence.
This is a high-impact, hands-on supervisory role at the center of our operations. Youll oversee daily inventory activities, enforce standard work, and drive SAP transactional discipline while ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Accuracy, accountability, and consistency start with you.
As the steward of inventory accuracy, youll supervise cycle count programs, discrepancy investigations, and drive root cause and corrective action to resolution. Youll set clear expectations, coach, and guide inventory personnel, and hold the team to high performance standards. Audit readiness, control adherence, and clear KPI reporting are core to your mission.

### Pay Range The pay range for this role is $85,000 - $115,000. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidates skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and geographic location.
